In Spring 2022, I co-authored a presentation about the VAR Lab and how we are integrating immersive content into the classroom. This was presented at Teaching and Learning with Technology’s (TLT’s) annual Symposium by the VAR Lab’s director, Dr. Chris Shelton, in collaboration with our friends from the Center for eLearning Initiatives (CEI). Our presentation went off without a hitch. We had an engaged crowd of several dozen faculty and staff from a range of disciplines.
Additionally, I sat through several presentations by other groups at the Symposium relating to the integration of emerging technologies into the curriculum. I found inspiration from others around the Commonwealth who are working to overcome similar challenges.
I can’t wait for next year’s Symposium!
