The Business Showcase is hosted by the Black School of Business to provide students with the opportunity to showcase classroom and co-curricular learning opportunities while refining presentation skills. I was selected to showcase two presentations, one for the VAR Lab and one for my Econ 485 Research Project.
For the VAR Lab, I spent my 10-minute timeslot detailing the structure of the lab and detailing the mission and value proposition of each strategic business unit (i.e. VAR Lab, VAR Studio, VAR Edu). I also gave a brief overview of the projects that we were engaged in at that date. The presentation topic structure and design were entirely decided by me, and I presented solo on the day of the showcase.
